After a server migration, it is possible for particular errors to occur that are beyond our control. One such error has been identified and a quick and simple workaround has been generated
- Log in to your cPanel account
- Open File Manager
- Navigate to applications/config/database.php
- Select the file, Right Click and "Edit" and accept the options it gives you
- Change your password to the password for your database to match what it should be
- Save the file
- Check your site
If you are not sure what your password should be, change it in your cPanel. Ensure that this new password is secure and you update the above file.
Should this not work, raise a support ticket so one of our tech team can investigate, quote "Error 347"
